Social Media Manager
Location: South Bend, Indiana
Position Summary – Our Social Media Manager will own our social media presence across all platforms--strategy, content creation, posting, community engagement, analytics and growth. The role blends creativity with data, storytelling with execution and brand building with performance marketing.
This position is in South Bend, IN. Employees are required to work in person in our corporate office.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities -
- Develop and execute a social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Create high‑quality content (video, photo, graphics, captions) that aligns with brand voice and resonates with health‑focused audiences.
- Manage daily posting schedule, ensuring consistency and platform‑specific optimization.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/DMs and build a strong community around wellness and supplementation.
- Collaborate with influencers, athletes, and creators for partnerships, user generated content and campaigns.
- Monitor trends in supplements, fitness, nutrition, and social media culture to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Track and analyze performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for growth.
- Support product launches with social campaigns, teasers, countdowns, and storytelling.
- Maintain brand consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
- 5+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in wellness, fitness, nutrition, or consumer products.
- Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram growth strategies.
- A trend-spotter who knows what’s working today, not last year.
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
- Excellent writing skills and ability to craft compelling, on‑brand captions.
- A self-starter who can take ownership and run with ideas.
- Data‑driven mindset with experience using analytics tools.
- Experience with influencer outreach or affiliate programs.
- Passion for health, supplements, fitness, or performance lifestyle.
