Chief Executive Officer

Location: South Bend, Indiana (onsite)

Position Summary – TE USA, Inc. is an emerging supplement company poised for significant growth in the health and wellness industry.  The CEO will be a dynamic, entrepreneurial leader who can build and scale our business from the ground up.  The CEO will be a strategic leader, responsible for all aspects of company operations, growth strategy, market development and most importantly, Sales.  This role requires a hands-on leader who can wear multiple hats, establish foundational business systems and drive revenue through sustained growth phases.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities -

Strategic Leadership & Business Development

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies, including market positioning, product development roadmap, and growth initiatives
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities, distribution channels, and revenue streams
  • Establish brand identity and competitive differentiation in the supplement marketplace

Operations & Product Management

  • Oversee product formulation, sourcing, and manufacturing relationships
  • Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, GMP standards, and industry quality requirements
  • Manage supply chain, inventory, and fulfillment operations

Sales & Marketing

  • Drive revenue growth through direct-to-consumer, retail, and wholesale channels
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies across digital, social media, and traditional platforms
  • Build customer acquisition and retention programs
  • Establish pricing strategies and promotional campaigns

Financial Management

  • Create and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and P&L accountability
  • Monitor cash flow and ensure financial sustainability
  • Establish financial controls and reporting systems

Team Building & Leadership

  • Develop and manage a high-performing team
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and customer focus
  • Provide mentorship and leadership across all functional areas
  • Scale organizational structure in alignment with growth trajectory

Required Qualifications:

Essential Experience

  • 7-10+ years of progressive leadership experience, preferably in supplements, nutraceuticals, CPG, or health/wellness industries
  • Proven track record of building and scaling a business from early stage to significant revenue growth
  • Deep understanding of supplement industry regulations, manufacturing, and distribution
  • Demonstrated success in revenue generation and business development

Skills & Competencies

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced startup environment
  • Strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  • Financial acumen and P&L management experience
  • Digital marketing expertise, including e-commerce and social media strategies
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves work ethic

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Amazon, retail partnerships, or direct-to-consumer models
  • Knowledge of supplement formulation and product development
  • Existing industry relationships and network
  • Experience with regulatory compliance (FDA, FTC, cGMP)
