Creative Manager

Location: South Bend, Indiana (onsite)

Position Summary – Our Creative Manager will lead our brand's visual identity and creative strategy across all marketing channels. This role will be responsible for developing compelling creative assets that drive customer engagement, build brand awareness, and communicate the science and benefits of our supplement products in an accessible and trustworthy manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities -

·         Develop and execute comprehensive creative strategies that align with business objectives and brand positioning.

·         Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints while evolving the visual identity to stay current and competitive.

·         Translate complex nutritional science into compelling, consumer-friendly messaging.

·         Oversee the creation of high-quality visual content including product photography, lifestyle imagery, infographics, and video content.

·         Manage creative asset library and ensure all materials comply with FDA regulations and industry guidelines for supplement marketing.

·         Develop creative briefs and guide external agencies.

·         Create templates and brand guidelines to streamline content production.

·         Design and execute creative campaigns across digital platforms (social media, email, website, Amazon, paid advertising).

·         Create educational content that builds trust and demonstrates product efficacy through compelling storytelling.

·         Ensure all creative materials meet legal requirements for supplement claims and advertising.

·         Performs other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required: 

·         Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

·         5+ years of creative management experience, preferably in health, wellness, or consumer packaged goods.

·         Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).

·         Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and platform-specific creative requirements.

·         Understanding of FDA regulations and compliance requirements for supplement marketing.

·         Knowledge of health and wellness trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.

·         Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, particularly Amazon brand stores and product listings.

·         Experience creating educational content that simplifies complex health and nutrition information.

·         Passion for health and wellness with understanding of consumer motivations in the supplement space.
