Return policy

 

What’s not returnable?

  • Please note that all of our products are sealed with a sticker. If the sticker is torn or removed, the product is considered opened and is not eligible for return.
  • Products in boxes with broken seals are not returnable.
  • Items not purchased at te.co.
  • Items for which you did not obtain an RMA number.
  • Items without an order number or a packing slip.
  • Any item marked “Final Sale”.
  • Gift Card Returns: No cancellations or refunds on the purchase of a gift card (final sale).

How do I return unopened products?

  • Unopened product return requests must be submitted within 30-days of delivery by contacting us.
  • Unopened product/s being returned must be mailed or shipped within 14-days of the date the return was authorized by TE USA’s Returns Department.
  • To return products, you must email our Returns Department at info@te.co to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number before shipping your product. No returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number. You must then ship the products back to us within 14 days of your receipt of an RMA number. If you ship the products after that date, or if we have not received the products within 30 days of that date, you will not be eligible for a refund. 
  • Your unopened product(s) must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase for each product that confirms your name, address, and order number.
  • If the returned product(s) is opened and/or damaged in any way, you will not be eligible for a refund.
  • If you have initiated the return after the 30-day period has passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
  • If we have not received your return within 30-days, you will not be eligible for a refund.
  • You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items. You bear the risk of loss during shipment. All returns are subject to a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee.
  • Refunds are processed within approximately 7–14 business days of our receipt of your merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the Site.
