1. Shipping Locations:
We currently ship to valid residential and commercial street addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
Currently, we do not offer international shipping beyond these regions.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:
We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
United States:
- Standard Shipping: Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing, followed by 2–5 business days for delivery.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to weather, customs processing, or carrier issues beyond our control. We do not guarantee exact delivery dates.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the total order weight, shipping destination, and selected shipping method.
4. Order Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
During high-volume periods (e.g., sales, holidays), processing times may be extended. We appreciate your patience.
5. Shipping Restrictions:
- Oversized or heavy items (e.g., bulk orders) may incur additional shipping charges.
- P.O. Box Delivery Restriction
- To ensure reliable and compliant delivery, orders are not shipped to P.O. Box addresses, as our fulfillment partners employ carriers such as UPS that do not support these deliveries.
- All orders must include a valid residential or commercial street address. If a P.O. Box is entered at checkout, your order may be delayed, placed on hold, or canceled.
- In some cases, the carrier may attempt to reroute the shipment to a physical address; however, this is not guaranteed and may result in additional transit time, handling risks, or delivery failure.
- We are not responsible for delays, losses, or product condition issues arising from the use of a P.O. Box address or carrier rerouting.
- To avoid disruption, please ensure that a complete and accurate street address is provided at the time of purchase.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window:
- Contact us at customerservice@te.co within 7 days of delivery (for damage) or 10 days after the expected delivery date (for loss).
- Include your order number and any relevant photos or details.
- We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and offer a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
Please note: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery by the carrier.
7. Incorrect Shipping Address:
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at checkout.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will notify you and offer to reship the package. Additional shipping fees will apply.
- We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
8. Returns and Exchanges (Shipping):
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong shipped items, defective item).
